Challenge yourself (or your friends!) to reach a set number of steps daily. Whether it's 8,000, 10,000, or 12,000 steps, this challenge encourages you to stay active throughout your day. At CARE Fitness, we even organize weekly step battles among members to keep the motivation high!


4. Outdoor Workout Bingo

Make outdoor workouts more fun with a bingo card filled with activities like jogging, skipping, yoga stretches in the park, and stair climbs. Complete a row for a mini prize! This creative challenge keeps your outdoor sessions lively and goal-driven.
